Hollywood Casino Joliet and Columbus Expansion
Pepper first developed a relationship with Penn Entertainment by sharing our gaming experience months before the Illinois Hollywood Casino projects began. When RFPs were released, our most valuable players were available and ready to work on this exciting project. A quick turnover of the gaming floor was the priority, and we brought high-quality subcontractors with the best value into the design and bidding process.
A few months later, we were able to build on this relationship while pursuing Penn’s expansion of their Columbus, Ohio location. Five months of successful collaboration, coupled with bringing Pepper’s hospitality experts to Ohio, helped us win the new Columbus hotel project award. This successful partnership both with our client and across Pepper offices highlights our ability to deliver exceptional results and expand our expertise across multiple regions.
