Pepper is breaking ground in Lexington, Kentucky with a renovation of the 130,000-square-foot White Hall building on the University of Kentucky's main campus. White Hall is one of the primary lecture facilities on the UK campus and contains multiple auditorium spaces for students and faculty. The building was built in the 1970s and will require a full interior renovation, including a new MEP and HVAC system.

Due to the size and location of this project, the Pepper Cincinnati team partnered with Jostin Construction, an MBE firm with offices in Cincinnati and Lexington. Jostin brings the perfect mix of local knowledge and support to the team.
