Guy Fieri Scioto Downs Restaurant Renovation

This project was an interior buildout of a 5,400-square-foot restaurant within the Eldorado Scioto Downs Casino for Caesars Entertainment, a global leader in gaming and hospitality. The renovation transformed a buffet-style restaurant into the new Guy Fieri’s restaurant, designed to modernize the dining experience and better serve customers.
Guy Fieri, a world-renowned chef, restaurateur, New York Times bestselling author and Emmy Award-winning TV host, is one of the most recognizable figures in the culinary world. This is his first Italian-style and first dine-in restaurant in Ohio.
