This core-and-shell construction with an interior buildout that includes a two-story, 25,250-square-foot office building, as well as a 46,600-square-foot manufacturing facility expands a confidential client's manufacturing capacity in the United States for an injectable radiopharmaceutical cancer treatment. Additionally, the space houses quality-control labs, cleanrooms and packaging and warehousing areas. Pepper performed a 3D structure and enclosure review to ensure the building foundations, structural steel and enclosure elements were dimensionally coordinated among all shop drawings and design documents. This process uncovered several areas of concern and allowed us to mitigate them before they became problems in the field, which prevented any impact on the cost and schedule.
