Located in the growing northeast side of Indianapolis, this five-story office building totals 133,000 square feet and features two high-speed elevators, nine-foot ceilings and a spacious parking lot. This Class A interior space includes high design elements and natural lighting, and the building façade is comprised of brick and stone. The master plan for the Crosspoint business park includes construction of eight office buildings, of which Pepper has built the first two.
