One of Pepper Construction’s largest completed projects, the Grainger campus comprises two large buildings, a three-story and a four-story, connected by a large atrium. The buildings feature state-of-the-art interiors, mechanical systems and kitchen and dining facilities. Special aesthetic elements include hand-picked stones from Europe and South America, a waterfall, platforms and skylights, ensuring a relaxing work environment. The project also includes parking lot space for approximately 2,127 cars, and a generator building, housing an emergency generator and air compressor systems to ensure the safety and productivity of all employees, regardless of conditions.
