Gordmans Distribution Center

New construction of a 545,000-square-foot, developer-delivered distribution facility that is expandable to 700,000 square feet, located on a 58-acre site. The project also included a 15,000-square-foot office building attached to the warehouse and build-out of 17,000 square feet.
