Cabela’s brought its new 70,000-square-foot prototype store to Noblesville, Indiana. It is the first smaller prototype to include the power sports shop addition. The store boasts custom features for which it is known: mountain, aquarium, taxidermy, interior fireplace with stone chimney, exposed timber ceilings and concrete floors.
Pre-planning
Cabela’s knows what it takes to build a store like this. They know the materials, costs and process. So, how has Pepper added value? Through our understanding of the local market and players. From our experience working in Noblesville and building the neighboring Hamilton Town Center, we helped work through some site challenges and navigate the city requirements to make the most cost-effective and quality decisions for the project.
Personal commitment
Pepper has enjoyed working with the Cabela’s staff. They appreciate hard work and quality construction, and we like working on projects that require that kind of effort. Further, with many outdoor enthusiasts as part of our team, we are excited to bring Cabela’s to our city.
Self perform services
Pepper’s self perform group executed the drywall scope for the project. This included interior and exterior metal stud framing and drywall, interior and exterior rough carpentry, including blocking, sheathing and treated plywood, acoustic ceilings and doors, frames and hardware installation.
