Balenciaga Chicago Flagship Store

Designer clothing and shoe retailer Balenciaga opened a 6,000-square-foot flagship store located in the15 E Oak building, which Pepper had completed previously. With an adherence to minimalist design, the project highlights the aesthetic and beauty of construction through features such as exposed concrete and open walls that display the building's MEP operations. In completing the new interior buildout, additional features include concrete floors, wall tiles and imported Italian millwork.
