VanTrust New Albany DSV Warehouse

Located in New Albany, Ohio, this project is a 1.2-million-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse for VanTrust Real Estate. DSV, a Denmark-based transportation and logistics company, will occupy the space. Once completed, the DSV warehouse will be the largest industrial building in New Albany, Ohio. The project scope includes the core and shell of the building, lighting upgrades, a Primx jointless floor system, a fence around the exterior and owner-specific truck access requirements.
