Rockford Community Solar

Located in Rockford, Illinois, the project occupies 13 acres and produce 2 megawatts of solar production, benefitting more than 300 residents. The project is part of the Illinois Solar for All program, which is focused on providing greater access to clean energy for low-income communities. Pepper provided on-site development and the installation of 6,700 solar modules, weather stations, a data acquisition system and a medium-voltage interconnection to the local utility provider.
