Marquardt School District 15 Facility Upgrades

The renovations of the 7th and 8th grade middle school includes major life safety improvements, ADA upgrades, roof work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology upgrades with some site improvement work. The new Learning Resource Center (LRC) is the focal point of the project with custom casework, ceiling, and top-of-the-line technology improvements. During construction, approximately half the school underwent full demolition and rework, while the other half saw major aesthetic upgrades.
