IU Health Nashville MOB

The 7,500-square-foot MOB will be located on a two acre site. The project will include 12 exam rooms and associated support space. Both the land and the MOB will be owned by the YMCA of Nashville, Indiana. IU Health, under a development agreement with the YMCA, shall be responsible for the design and construction of the MOB. Once construction is complete, IU Health will enter into a long-term lease agreement with the YMCA for use of the MOB.
