Grainger Distribution Center

Design-build construction of a 1,500,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art distribution center consisting of precast exterior walls, white TPO roofing system, high performance concrete floors and Class A office space. The office space is 60,000 square feet, the HazMat and Aerosol rooms are 66,400 square feet and the distribution and support space is more than 1.3 million square feet. The entire site is 110 acres with 180 dock doors and parking for 630 cars.
