DHL Speculative Warehouse

The expansive facility houses one confidential client covering 1,225,000-square-feet of the core and shell building. Work included approximately 25,000-square-feet designated for office space, along with dedicated areas for shipping and receiving and enhancements to the mechanical and electrical systems to align with the tenant's operational needs. Employing a design-build delivery approach, Pepper executed the infrastructure work to accommodate a Dematic automated material handling system, synchronized with the building's completion. This cutting-edge system boasts a 38,000-square-feet floor-to-roof deck sorter and multiple conveyors strategically positioned throughout the warehouse.
