The gene therapy manufacturer occupies the remaining space in the Blazer Tech I building, developed by long-time-partner VanTrust Real Estate. The Dublin facility – now named the Andelyn Development Center – focuses on process development and supporting their clients through pre-clinical development and manufacturing.
