200 W. Monroe Lobby Renovation

In order to update building aesthetics and facilities, Pepper completed a renovation of the main entrance lobby at 200 W. Monroe with additional improvements to the building. Work included exterior work, upgraded wood paneling, glass interior columns and a fresco plaster finish on the core walls. Pepper also installed a full sprinkler system in the lobby and upgrades to all 12 elevator cars, ensuring an efficient and safe tenant experience.
