INDIANAPOLIS – Pepper Construction of Indiana has promoted Dan Lowe, Dan Peddicord and Chris Rayner to vice president roles within the firm's operations.

Dan Lowe, Vice President – With 20 years of industry experience, Lowe has been an integral part in building Pepper Indiana's relationships with prominent clients in the healthcare market. During his 15 years with Pepper, he has been a valuable role model to his teams and has become well respected in the construction industry. He will continue serving clients in his new role as vice president and will be a resource to owners, designers and trade partners, offering construction expertise and an objective perspective.
Lowe earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University. He is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and American Hospital Association. Outside of Pepper, Lowe is a part of the Pendleton Junior Football and Pendleton Junior Baseball organizations.
Dan Peddicord, Vice President – Peddicord joined Pepper 13 years ago and has worked in a range of markets throughout his 21-year career. He has been a major contributor to Pepper Indiana’s industrial and manufacturing markets, in addition to serving high profile retail clients by providing valuable leadership and oversight. As vice president, Peddicord will continue to work hand-in-hand with clients to ensure we are attaining owner goals and building solid relationships through our work.
Peddicord earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is LEED® AP certified. He is member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC), American Society of Civil Engineers and International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Build America Project of the Year recipient. Peddicord is a member of the American Heart Association and is the Executive Leader for the Hard Hats with Heart.
Chris Rayner, Vice President – Rayner has 30 years of construction industry experience, 17 of which have been with Pepper. Well regarded for his attention to detail, dedication to safety and the ability to manage even the most complex projects, Rayner has led Pepper Indiana to significantly expand its presence in the higher education market, in addition to serving the healthcare and K-12 markets. As vice president, he will continue to position Pepper as a leader in construction of Indiana's education environments.
Rayner earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is LEED AP certified. Rayner is an executive board member of the Crossroads of America Boy Scouts, a committee member of Troop 621 and a Greenwood Optimist club member.
