A new company comes to Short North

This past week we turned over another interior build-out in The Joseph Office Building, located in the heart of the Short North. The space is for Klarna, a Sweden-based e-commerce company that provides payment services for online storefronts. It's their first permanent location in the United States, and we were excited to be part of it. We've enjoyed working in the Short North arts district where every tenant has a unique story and different needs.

We were able to accommodate an early move-in by completing and turning over half of the space at a time. Our team worked diligently to make sure Klarna's first experience in the United States was a smooth and successful transition, and we look forward to watching our client grow its presence here.
