Projects, About Pepper

Dirt bikes and opera.
Haute couture and gardening.
Fine cuisine and construction sites.

These are all things that typically do not go together. But Autodesk is breaking the rules by sending its BIM 360 Food Truck to serve gourmet breakfasts and lunches to constructions sites across the country. When the truck recently came to Chicago to visit 10 construction sites, Pepper was fortunate to be selected for a lunchtime treat for 150 of our team members.

Project sites were nominated and voted for online with the Top 10 sites earning a visit from the truck. Pepper’s meal was created by Bao Chicka Bao Bao, which first hit the road this spring as part of growing fleet of food trucks by Joseph Gerace and Alli Evans. The menu is inspired by Chinese and Japanese street food, and our team thoroughly enjoyed their Korean Sloppy Joes with housemade pickles and Asian slaw.

A big “thank you” to Autodesk and everyone who voted for Pepper. We’re happy to report that it really is better to work on a full stomach – especially when delicious, fun and free food is involved!
