Soaring Growth

Chicago's city center is in the midst of a transformation. With density increasing, developers are building upward. Pepper's self-perform concrete division is building 15 percent of the high-rise structures now under construction.

Over the past two years, Pepper has become the second largest concrete contractor in Chicagoland, largely as a result of our use of technology and our experienced team. As one of the first contractors to integrate BIM and Virtual Design into the preconstruction and estimating process for concrete work, Pepper has built more than 15 high-rises across the city, with six currently under construction and more on the way.
